is 8.3 watts to many?

sounds like alot of light for a 46 to me.. dont know what someone would consider too much light..
what do u have/plan to have in there???

Is this a dual satellite pc? If so, then its not 4x96, its 2x96.

No, not too many. just make sure you acclimate your soft corals to your new lights. I am sure it will looke awesome post some pics of the difference.

Current Orbit doesnt make 4x96w in 36". Only in 72". I would make sure before buying.
