Is absopure spring water bad for water changes?

Does it say " Processed By: Reverse Osmosis" ? If not, I wouldnt use it. While it may not be "bad" per say, for your tank ... ( I am sure it is better then tap water) ... I would go with RO water. Wal Marts usually carry it i for roughly .58 cents a gallon ...

Better yet, if you can go with RO/DI water do that. The reverse osmosis takes quite a bit of crap out of the water, but the deionization makes it completely pure. Many LFS's will sell bottled RO/DI water. It's not very expensive. Or you can get your own RO/DI unit. I just got mine and I love it.
