Is ASM G2 skimmer too big for 58g tank?

My LFS gave me a good deal on his ASM G2 skimmer for $200 complete set because he will close his store soon. Now my question is the skimmer will be too big for my 58g thank with 20g sump? The reason I asked because the skimmer it rate up to 150g tank and I need some advice please! Thanks to all

if it can fit in your sump do. it bigger is always better
