Is coral-vite the same or do the same as kalkwasseR?

No they are completly differnet Kalkwasser is a clacium additive and coral vit is vitamins for you live rocks and corals you need to use them both! Read the lables on the kent products they will tell you alot.

the kalkwasser directions is very vague on how to add the kalk to the system. i was wondering if there is something as easy as the coral vite to add. thanks for any info

Hi,
1. Use 1-2 teaspoons of Kalk per gallon.. let stand for atleast a few hours and then drip the top portion into tank to replace evaporated water.
2. B- ionic...add ( to start with ) one mL per 4 gallons in tank daily ( preferably in the morning when pH is lowest)
I use b ionic b/c it is very easy and fast and works very very well.
