Hard to say. I would recommend smelling the flesh. If it stinks you might want to QT it. If not let it go for a while. These guys molt their skin every week or so. At least that has been my experience. It looks like it is standing up on its trunk better. Is the top still glassy? If so give it a few days and keep that PH on it. Have you listed your water parameters? I cant remember if anything else in the tank is having problems or not. How long are lights on? Does it stay verticle longer?

Sorry this is somewhat PART 2 of a my other thread "Toadstool not looking so hot"
Water Parameters are:
PH 8.1
Cal now is up to 395 (still low)
Sal = 1.025
PO4 = .03 or less
Nitrate = 2 or less
Nitrite = 0
Ammonia= 0
Lights are 260watt PC's and are on for 10 hours with 1 hour being just atinic (30 mins before, 30 mins before bedtime)
He is standing vertial finially after 15 days. Usually he's just been flopped over on his side.
Today is his first day in his new spot, as I don't think he was receiving enough water flow from the lower spot.

Let him be for a while and se how it does. Mine took 3 days to get acclimated and now is going strong. They are tough corals give him a bit and make sure your water parameters are stable. HTH

I don't know if it's just me but I think I see red flatworms on your toadstool.. I'll circle what I think are the flatworms so that someone can tell me if I'm right..

I don't know if they are really flatworms. But I had a flatworm problem in my tank a couple months ago and they are a PITA to get out.
