Is Hermit crab safe with coral???

I am new to here, does anybody know that if hermit crab is safe with coral???

I haven't had a problem with mine. They have eaten some of my snails though.

Blue legs are the more aggressive Hermits, but they won't bother corals.

First off--Welcome to the Board! As far as I know, none of the common kept hermit crabs will bother corals. But, scarlets are the best choice, IMO. They are the most peacefull and wont go after others shells for "kicks" and giggles. Don't confuse scarlets with red legs---2 different crabs. Have empty shells for them to grow into. HTH.

welcome to the board, what kind of hermit crab, many are reef safe. But, there are some bad bold tempered ones =/.
