Is is possible my fish have problems

I bought a great big tank about 4 months ago, got all my bits and bobs and then purchased 2 Asian Cnut Fish. One is male and one is female. The plan was to breed these expensive fish as a nice little sider earner. Problem is, they're not having ---. In fact I think one of the fish has emotional problems. He keeps eating too much, spends most of his time swimming almost motionlessly in the bottom left hand corner of the tank and I get the impression the other cnut has no idea what to do.
Is there such thing as a gay fish ? Maybe my fish just isn't attracted to my other fish ?
Has anyone experienced this before ?

There isn't much difference between fishes and humans when it comes to spasticity or emotion. Try to engage a conversation with it, the truth must be told between yourselves once and for all.
I know this will not be easy bro *hand on heart* but I wish you all the best and may peace and love prevail

Thanks Mouss, I appreciate your guidance. Someone suggested that when you put a few drops of vinegar in the water that it serves as an aphrodisiac (sp). Should I do this ? I'm sure 2 or 3 weeks of vinegar should have them humping like rabbits
