is it ich?

My powder brown has white crystal like things growning only along his lateral line. They aren't smalls specks. It looks like the skin has lesions along the lateral line also. I've had him for months. He eats well and looks ok besides the crytal things. what is this? None of the other fish have it either.

I forgot to mention. I changed my water twice last month, also tested my water and no nitrate, nitrite, ammonia.

i'd feed him Seaweed selects dried green algae from a clip and frozen brine shrimp. He doesn't scrape on rocks. I've never had any diseases before and I've a a saltwater tank for 6 years or so.
