Is it ick?

I have a yellow tail blue damsel fish. I know it is a cheap fish but that is what I have decided to keep in my ten gal tank. My question is, the damsel has one white spot under it's fin. Just one, no place else. It has been eating fine but I was just thinking could it be ick? Because I don't want it to spread to my sebae clownfish. Can a cleaner shrimp takes care of that?

At this point, don't worry about this, but do keep a close eye on it.
Feed your fish with garlic soaked food. Make sure you keep good water quality in this small tank.
