Is It Just Me or.... Is this a crock?

I don't trust anything that looks like a info-mercial lol. But even if it did work I think it would take half the fun out of the hobby.

Someone setup a test tank. This seem like a good idea. Also seems to good to be true. And I think it would be more than 7 bucks if it did work. Anyone want to start a test tank? lol I am serious.

I might. For 7 bucks shipping for the test period I don't think it could do any damage.

Of course it is.

But it's a hell of a lot less risky than some of the things we try on our tanks. What's the fun without experimenting. LOL

HUH What ??? Not trying to be a pain but.. Mongo Confused.
Is it that we cannot post links to ANY online stores or stores that sell aquarium stuff, or direct competitors of SWF.com, or what?
I put that link after considering that it would be no threat to SWF.com, does not sell aquarium supplies other than that thing I wanted to show everyone which was something SWF would never sell.
If I wanted to post a link to Bed, Bath & Beyond to show off the new doily that is under my tank, it that a no no as well?
Just askin..

SWF is overly anal when it comes to links on sites that even remotely can be considered competitors. This is their pool, so we play by their rules, but still.....

Honestly, this is a habit of theirs that turns me off from buying from them. I don't think they need to be so worried about competition of sorts on their own site; their reputation as a good supplier precedes them and most people would choose this site over many others for that reason alone. However, like I said, their strict limitations about links makes me think twice about ordering because it just puts my back up. Then again, this is just one stubborn aquarist talking, and I'm sure if they ever get the fish I'm looking for in stock (Are you listening, SWF MODS?!?! CHevron Tang!!!) I'll be first in line to order it.
