Is it Throw-UP?

Can serpent starfish , for lack of better terms, Throw-up?
Mine seems to be spitting out some kind of pink stuff.
Kinda looks like barf...

Yup, to modify the old saying, "what goes in must come out." And in the case of starfish (and anenomes, and many others), the way food comes in and the way it goes out is through the same opening. You can call it throw-up or poop, which ever grosses you out less.
