It looks pretty happy to me. All anemones purge themselves and it looks like they are dying...LOL..it's sort of how they poop. They also close up when they feed, wrapping themselves up around their food.
Mine will do the same. Mine hate bubbles. When my wTer lvl drops in my fuge I get micro bubbles in the tank. It irritates their skin and they deflate. After adding water they come right back. I have had mine under pc's for a few years now.
