i have some questions that may help find an answer, how big is your tank?
how many different species of anemons do you have?
how close are the anemone to each other?
Are tentacles from one anemone touching the other one?

id say its going to die. also i would get rid of one of the other anemones because im thinking they r going to sting each other and both die. if you want more then one anemone you can just keep them the same species. thomas has a tank with likt 30 BTA mabye hell post a pict and show you.

Wow, the first two pics certainly look like a prelude to a meltdown. However if that does happen then you should almost know by now, it doesn't take long.
Water tests, look good but what about calcium and alkalinity.
Just to be safe I'd order a water change, incase there was a stinging event, keep the water good if you can. Even if you can't see anything in the test scores there could be a dissolved organic problem. It is possible that this is a chemical warfare event.

From what I can see in the final picture, it looks like the healthy BTA and the condi are very close together...too close. Condi's have large tentacles and if they're both expanded they will most likely sting each other. I would sya that yes, the first anemone looks lke it is dying because it looks like it is sort of "melting away", I have had a few do that before I upgraded my lighting this year. What is your current lighting setup?

I dont think you quite have enough lighting too keep anemones in the long run, you may want to look at upgrading to MH or T-5 or something. Im am very sorry for your loss however. I wish the other two best fo luck.

i have another PC light i just built for my sump that can handle 130w if i need it
i want to build a canopy for my tank maybe this a good time then do a retro and build all PC into the canopy
my small BTA has almost doubled in size sence ive purchased it and the condi looks like it has grown as well
what do ya think about the BTA could it have eaten the dragon

Bummer, but then I kinda thought so.
I wouldn't be to sure about the BTA eating the mandarin, the mandarin carries a rather potent slime coating.
