Is my tank a Nano??

I have a 36g Bow Front that I tore down to make a home for my puffer. I wouldn't consider it a nano but I know that it's a small tank for SW. What could I stock in it. Is current resident is a Green Spotted Puffer. Here is a pic of the tank as of a few hours ago...

Yes, anything under 40 gallons is considered a nano tank.

There is a puffer in there?? What are the water readings? I consider anything under a 20 a nano, but who has the rule book on "Nano"?
