After like a 5 gallon water change to lower our nitrates a little more I would saqy go ahead. A 29 is a small system so go slowly. Get addatives so you can raise alk, ca, and mg. They are a little on the low side for a reef.

Looks ready to me. This has been set up for 11 months and you are asking if it is ready? If this is correct you are the most patient reefer in the world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Magnesium and Calcium are a little low, but if there is nothing in the tank water changes will help bring these into a good level.

Your pH, ammonia and nitrites are perfect, but 20 nitrates may be bad if you are keeping corals. You need to have it lower than 20, 0 is the best.
Lion_crazz said this
"nitrate - under 20-30 for fish only, under 10-20 for a reef. Preferably, if possible, 0."
I think you may need to raise your calcium alk and magnesium
but im also kind of a beginner, just trying to help

there is a 2 part kit calcium alkalinity and magnesium maybe google it and you will find it.. it will give you calcium, alkalinity, and magnesium additives and then you can buy refills it goes in 3 gallon jugs with squirters attached (it comes with these and some other things too)
also for getting nitrates down you should get a refugium and put some chaeto in there and that will help bring them down!.

They sell overflows that hand on the tank. I may get a drilled 125 gallon but if its much more I will just get the hang on overflow.
