Is my toadstool doing ok?

im new with coral and just wondering if my toadstool is healthy
i ordered it and i just got it yesterday

Looks healthy but I would try and place it up higher on some of the live rock. It should eventually attach to your other live rock which will give it better support as it gets bigger.

its been like this all day

it looks like it has sand in it but it wont come out : /

As long as it doesn't look like it's melting away it should be fine. And if it is its done for and throw it out immediately.

They do this from time to time as they build up a waxy coating. Make sure it is in an area of good flow as they need help shedding this coating.

I woke up turned on my lights and my toadstool has got this white stringy stuff coming off of it!
is it ok? what do i do?

Yes thats normal. From time to time they will shed a waxy layer. Polyps should come out in a few days.
