Is puffer the cause of cloudy water?

I 've had a setup for over 4years now I have a bicolor blenny and 2 clown fish in a 55g. never had a problem with the water. I bought a green spotted puffer and acclimated it to saltwater. Now I can't get rid of the cloudy water. I don't over feed them, if I cut back on there food they would not be getting any. Is it possible that the puffer is the cause of the cloudy water. I assume this because I never had this problem ever. Been dealing with it for months. Pleeze any advice will help, I don't know what else to do i'd hate to get rid of the puffer but I want to see my fish again! Thanks

I don't know how to answer your question, but I'm just guessing that someone who does will want to see a picture.
