I just purchased a Dual Actinic 96 watt compact bulb ( 420/460 ) The 460 Is really bright blue, although the otherside, the purple color one, doesnt seem like its even on, it looks like it is, but I cant tell. Is this normal?? or should it be bright purple, like the blue side??
