Is there a Clam in my frogspawn?

i baught a new frogspawn yesterday and when i put it in my tan k thought one of the tentacles had burst cause there was a white shell like thing in the middle of one of the branches. then i got home at night i noticed it had what looks like a claw/hand that comes out and seems to be "grabbing" water. i noticed many of these on my other lr but i never knew what they are. they seem to be embedded in the rocks and look like mouths that have the same "grabber" coming out.

Most likely a fanworm or featherduster.
