Im sure you could configure a way to confine it from moving but then your running the risk if the anemone failing because its not happy where it is.
That all depends on your water chemistry filtration, lighting and flow. If all those are optimal none of them will really move at all. Other than tube anemones I cant think of any that wont move until they are happy.

Well I could def keep one. I have clams, SPS, you name it with ALOT of flow and 660 vho.

No. You cannot MAKE them stay in one spot. If your corals are movable you can add an anemone and then clear its path until it settles in somewhere, but you are almost garanteed that it will cruise til it finds it's own spot.
Ander even after wat Tizzo said, they will still move around. My anemones foot hasn't moved for months, but depending on its mood it will move its head around from one side of the tank to the other.
Actually yes.....it's called a fake anemone.....they work as well as the real thing without all the hassle, and your clowns probably will still take to it as if it was real.
