is this a bad or good anemone?

im new to tanks fish saltwater ....all the above i have this anemone growing and multiplying. is it good or bad?

Aiptasia. Bad ones, get rid of them. Do a search on the board, there are some good posts as to how to get rid of them. Kalkwasswer or boiling water injections seem to work well

bad, The kalk seems to work better at getting rid of them.
