Is this a Brown Algae Bloom?

I'm fighting this algae foe about 2weeks. Water Amonia 0 , trites o, trates 5-10, calcium 400, dkh 8. lights nova extreme pro 12 - 39 watt HO
recently eliminated bio-balls over 6 weeks time, added macro algae to sump. Coral frags appear to be doing well, corraline algae also appears to be growing, just added another 20lbs of LR (cured) for a total of 120lbs.

how is the flow???
Did not see in the pic but low flow will help it grow.

I keep looking at the clam, or clam shell and the empty shells laying around the tank on the substrate. What's the deal there?

2500gph in 2 or 3 pumps?
I see only 1 ?
