Can anybody tell me what this is please? Came on a rock from the gulf. Used to be really tiny but now it is the size of a quarter. It is kind of wiggly

Could be a baby fungia. If so eventually it will fall off that spot and go to the sand. And it will generate another in its place. Good find, nice hitch hiker. Here is a picture of a very productive site.

looks like a plate coral that reproduced several times. Or.... a Cactus coral (Pavona). As they mature, they sprout shoots. I have one of these on a rock of mine, really cool.

It has feeder tenticals out on the edge, plates have them all across. Kinda has similar pattern as a acan, bowebanki, kinda like a lps.
