Small compact light for the sump (there is not a refugium in the tank)
180pds of live ROCK -150pds Fiji, 30pds Branch

1 CARDNIAL FISH, 2 shrimps, 1 sand star, 4 snails, 3 hermit crabs, clam
CORAL- Montipora, (2) Brain, candy cane, starburst polyps, mushrooms, xenia, (2)tree branch, leather, bubble, and more
also inluded are any accessiors on hand, water jugs, powerheads, and plumbing etc.

I looked around on the net and I guesstimated about $6000 new.

i would jump on that in a second. the tank and lights are worth it alone. for you to piece it all together probably would be four times the price.
