Is this a fair price?

I'm hoping to upgrade my 65 gallon to a 90 gallon. I'm thinking about purchasing a 90 gallon tank (bottom drilled overflow) with stand/canopy and the person is going to throw in a JBJ lighting system (no bulbs)
All this for $250.....Is this a good price?This is the tank and stand/canopy.

Honesty id have to see it but not a bad price imo.
