Is this a good deal?

I have someone offering me:
I have a couple of Metal Halides 175W each and up. Bought like $250+ each set. Asking $125 for a set. Also I have two T5 20" lights. Each has 2 T5 bulbs. Asking $49.
I have a 35 gallon hexagon tank and will need to figure out some way to mount these lights, but first, is this a decent deal? I am a noob. Sorry for the noobiness

For a 35 you would only need 1 MH and you can get a DIY setup for the same price that this guy is offering you used equipment. I wouldn't do it. Check out www.hellolights.com.

at $125 for a 175 w/bulb is a good deal... ( if the bulbs where only use for about 3 months or less... they need replaced after 10 months or so ) as for the t5 set up.. i dint know they made t5ho in 20''.. the smallest size i know of is 24''.... make sure that they are t5ho ( t5 is the size of the bulb and ho= high output) a t5 ho ballast cost like $35-$45 then you need endcaps.. like $9 a set then stand offs.. like $8 a pair.. then reflectors.. i think IC SLR's are like $19 each...
