Is this a good deal?

He wants $320.
This tank has everything you need to have any type of aquatic environment. Fresh or Salt, no problem. If you want to have predators, schools, or a reef tank with numerous corals, the filter and light are strong enough to let everything thrive. Both the tank and stand are in excellent condition. It is a 75 Gal with 5 gal sump. The Tank(never had a leak) measures 50 20.5 19 (LxHxW) and stand 50 25 19. The stand is in great shape and has 2 doors for easy access to the sump. The whole setup was purchased a year ago for well over $800, I bought everything new. I've had everything from cichlids, to large Lionfish, schools of Damsels, Bamboo Cat Sharks, clown fish thriving in anenomes ect. The filter is a full Sea Life Systems Wet/Dry with an overflow box which runs into the sump that fits perfectly in the stand. It runs the water through all 3 filtration processes(Biological, Chemical, and Mechanical) and already has all the necessary sponges. If you wish to grow and maintain corals, the Light is an Odyssea Compact Fluorescent Dual Strip 48'' 260 Watt. It contains 2 CF 65 Watt 12,000K bulbs, and 2 CF 65 Watt Actinic blue bulbs. It also has 4 Blue LED moonlights. It has 3 switches and plugs so your in control. The Light was bought for over $200. I also have many extras such as Glass Hood, hydrometers, Water Quality testers, fish food, roughly 20cups of Salt ect. The tank also comes with sand and some very nice looking rocks. However, I used the pump for another project I'm working on so a new one will need to be purchased, roughly $35.

I emailed the guy and he said he had anenomes and brain corals that did great. This tank is for my boss and he asked me to check it out. He's a beginner so I don't think he will want to get into corals just yet

I am skeptical as to what his definition of "great" is in regard to the anemone. Most people assume a few months is doing great. Unfortunately they could not be more wrong. Species of anemone and time line they had it for is critical in assesing weather or not what he told you is full of hot air or not. My guess is he is not being entirely truthful or his definition of great is wayyy off. JMO.

That's kind of an odd ball size for a 55.
But whatever. I think I would ask who the maker is. For 320, it ain't a bad deal. However, it's NOT a COMPLETE FOR ANYTHING PACKAGE.
It will need power heads for added flow, there's no mention of a skimmer, a wet/dry is in fact a good filter, l but I cant vouch for that one specifically. As mentioned the lighting will be a tad limiting. However would do some corals very well. Also, the rock is no doubt not LR, so iff he wanted to do a reef.... I would ask about copper, if it had ever been used, but as it appears he's might not be being truthful....well you know. It''s obvious this is not an advanced system and he is not fully truthful, or at least is not as knowledgeable as he believes(definitions aren't correct, as stated). It is however if everything is in good condition and is as stated a fairly good deal on a decent little starter tank.

Yes, its 75 gallon. He ended up selling it to my boss for $270 and threw in a 20 gallon in case I decide to make a sump/fuge. We need a skimmer, heater, and powerheads. I think it will be ok. They are cleaning it today (water/vinegar) and I'll help them set it up this week.
