Is this a good deal on a used tank?? The tank is four years old.

That is pretty high for a used tank. But it really depends on where you are. I've paid MUCH less for a 120 full setup, with a 200 dollar skimmer (no light) but plenty of LR sump pumps and other goodies.
You just have to find the right guy needing to sell quick, then negotiate.
