hey i was looking in craigslist today and someone called me about selling a 90 gallon tank with rock, sand and fish for 100$
here are the fish:
sailfin tang
three strip damsel
yellowtail damsel
tomato clown
is this a good deal?

I've been looking for a healthy sailfin tang locally and I'd pay 40 just for the tang. (assuming everything is healthy)

Just a word of caution: The sailfin will outgrow a 90G.

ive been looking for something bigger than my 55 for months now and when i saw this i thought it was good, the only fish im not so sure of is the tang

The sailfin and the yellow will fight, almost a guarantee. I would get the tank and find out how much your LFS will give you for the sailfin since it's going to outgrow the tank anyways.

MAN...I should start buying and shipping sailfin tangs, my LFS has like 6 of them and are selling them for $24.99 (in the 3 inch range) and they look very healthy. If you are talking about the desjardini, they are more expensive, but for the regular ones, they shouldn't be that expensive!

i was thinking more of keeping them both and build a custom tank in my living room...lol i want to make a big column in the center of the living room
