Is This a good deal?

Ok I got this quote for a lighting system for my tank anyone know if this is a good deal? this is going over the tank, also will this be enough lighting for my 155gl in order to keep corals
71 inch Ultra reef 2x250 mogul base metal halide bulbs 3x 55w power compact.
2 four inch fans on the inside of the hood. One remote ballast box for the two magnetic ballast for the metal halides. The ballast for the pc will be inside the hood.
695.00 shipping is 40.00 because of the oversized package. UPS ground
all the bulbs come with the hood

735, shipped for a dual mh triple pc system in a hood, with bulbs? yes thats a steal. it would take some looking around to diy it for that price. make sure they are supplying the bulbs that you need however. if you have the option of upgrading to the color for a few bucks more, do it now, because if you get them and they are like 4500k or something, you will have to spend thw whole cost for new bulbs, instead of just the difference between the two.
