Seems like a decent deal if the fixture is in good shape and it has fans. Make sure to ask how old the bulbs are. You may need to change them out which would raise the over all price.
I would make them an offer and see what they say.....

Whether it is a "good light" or not depends on your tank size and what you are planning to keep in it.

That light will be good for your tank.
It is important to find out how old the bulbs are, They are going to be pricey, just be carefull, not all people are going to be honest about the actual age of the bulb's.

Those sound like good lights. I have the 72
bowfront and wanted something like that, but with only 12" to work with I would have had to hang them. That is why I ended up with 2x250 MH Sunpod by Current. It is only 81/4" and looks really clean. Are those lights 15"W? I looked forever and I now am really happy afer the 3rd upgrade and last, I hope.

The average replacement cost of those halides will be from $70.00 to $110.00 dollars each, and the t-5's will be just under $20.00 dollars each.
