Is this a good sign?

Heres the facts...
about 6 days ago, my new pygmy angel got ick. It died about a day or so after, and the ick disappeared right before it died. Well, the ick came back yesterday. I gave me fish garlic enriched food, and there is a lot less dots on the fish that are much smaller. Is this a good sign? Thanks! :)

IT MAY BE, i would use garlic every day or 2, until it subsides, then taper off toil you are giving it every 10 to 14 days, but if it doesnot lessen, be ready ot quarentine and treat with hypo
