Is This A Polyp?

I found this green polyp looking thing on my radioactive dragon eye frag. I am currently getting rid of flatworms in my tank and this frag was covered in them so I took it out and gave it an iodine dip. During the dip I noticed it. The weird thing is is that it didnt close up during the dip like all the other polyps. Is this even a zoa?

but theres no green mouth (if the middle is even a mouth). the thing that confuses me is that it didnt close up when I dipped it.

Ya I'll actually be pretty excited if its really a zoa but im still not sure if it is. I cant really see it connected to a stem or a mat or anything and its super tiny. here are a couple more pics.

maybe a polyp of lepestrea or however you spell it ? They almost look like zoanthids up close but are very very very tiny :) Not a PEOPLE eater palythoa.
