Is this a worm or what?

Last night after I had turned all of my tanks lights off, I decided to turn on the light in my room to watch my urchin truck around. I noticed this little bugger about an inch long going all over my tank swimming very erratically, doing circles to the left right, then zipping acrossed the tank and to the surface like it was trying to ghet out. Eventually it got it's head it the orner of the tank and I had a chance to see him. It was a flesh color, long and skinny, and had a triangular head. I decided it may be bad for the tank and was going to net it and flush it, but couldn't find it after I got my net. Any information on what it is and should I try to get it out of my tank?

Hi dustin, I find new critters all the time and have not yet found one to be bad, I am sure its just a little critter that that hitched a ride on something, I look everyday in our reef and found another baby nudibranch and a baby star today, I enjoy seeing new stuff , tells me the tanks alive..cya...fixit
