Is this a Zoa or a Anemone

I moved some live rock in my tank and found this underneath. Please help me ID and let me know if it is good or bad. Thanks

kinda looks like what my mojano closes into!
So id say a pest anemone

Def anemone but i am not sure its a pest. Put it under some light and see how or if it inflates, take another pic.

i dont think its a mojano, the tentacles are very short at all times

I once had a mushroom fall under some rocks, by the time I found him again he kinda looked like that.
