These are the best pics I can get, they are almost brownish. I think that they are aiptasia but let me know your thoughts? Thanks for looking.

Haha yeah thanks. I think tomorrow I will be getting some aiptasia x, followed by a nice water change.

Is there a tube there? If you poke them do they retract all the way down into the rock, or just into a tube?
If there is a tube structure I would say hydroids.
If they retract all the way into the rock then probably aiptasia.

i'm not convinced that they are aptasia either. they could be, but those bases look defined, as opposed to the face or tentacle part....the aptasia anemone kinf of flows from the base to the tentacles.
can you get a better pic?

Every single pic says aptasia all over it.....except the first pic. Even that one is yelling APTASIA, except for one thing, the large head at the top of the pic. Aptasia usually has much longer tentacles than what is shown there. Could be the pic.
My edumacated guess is Yes, that's aptasia.

Hmm, I had people on another forum that said it could be hydroids as well. I can't really get any better pics as they are small and my camera sucks. Anything I can do to treat them if they are hydroids? I mean I was planning on treating aiptasia with aiptasia x, can I use the same stuff on these?

OK little update. I used boiling water on them, the price was right
^& Anyhow when I shot them with it, they could only retract into the tubes, not all the way down into the rock. So I guess they were hydroids
Anyhow I will update this thread when I see the result, thanks for everyones help!
