Is this Aiptasia?

Just like the title states, is this Aiptasia anemone? If it is what should I do about it (since I hear it is bad)?

Ok good. It's so hard to tell because they are so small and they seem to come and go from the pores of the rock. I think I have found them in a dozen different spots. Any idea what they could be?

You may want to do a little research on HYDROIDS. Looks like that may be it, if so, you have a bit of an issue.

Ok After digging around I think they might be spaghetti worms.
