It does look like it, but yeah, to be sure, the pic is a bit blurry.
Although aiptasia would be my guess.

Yeah, that's aiptasia. I had about two or three with the LR. I got a couple of peppermint shrimps with a cleanup crew package, and I haven't seen them since.

I know that alot of aiptasia has strips or bands on the arm/tenticle things but this doesnt have that. But there probably is some aiptasia without the bands right?

There are many types of Aip's

I have 2 of those.
1 is really large on a piece of LR I got
It sticks up about 1 inch and the tenticles are about 2 inches in diameter. But I am cycling and am waitint to put in a crew.
I am looking for a large hypo needle!

The pic that you have is blurry but it looks like the one that turned into 4 now. It took a month for the four and I think I have some small ones
I bought a peppermint shrimp to gobble them
