Eshopps PSK-300 Skimmer??? runs for around 250$. It comes with two pumps and has a decent foot print?

not sure on that skimmer, but for a 300g tank, i would get an MSX 300, they are also on sale now.

i have the smaller versian the 160 i believe and it works great for my 90g it didnt do much till i added coral and bam it pulls out alot of gunk

This skimmer looks fairly well built. Has good reviews for the smaller versions and, is cheap as dirt for a footprint like this. It also has 2 pumps dont now what size they are but, im going to give it a try ill take pics of its progress and let you guys now how it works.

the one thing is the pumps r a little weak and dont suck in to much air im gunna try the meshmod

Got the skimmer today! EXCEPT, i had to send it back because the neck was broke but, the acrillic is very thick and looks well constructed and its fairly big 7x10 just the center rises about 16in's its pretty nice. It includes 2 pumps as well.
