Is this combo OK?

I'm thinking about creating a tank just for aggressives. Would it be ok if I mixed a trigger (humu humu or niger), Puffer (Valentini or Hawiian Blue),and possibly a snowflake eel? New to the aggeressive stuff so have no idea what will work with what. Just want something that munches on more than flake!!

I have a niger and a valentini in a tank together, and they get along fine. I have a Huma Huma (in a different tank), that is very aggressive. He is with a stars and stripes and porcupine puffer, and a domino damsel. I have tried to put others in the tank with them, but the Huma trigger attacks them relentlessly. He will often snap at the porcupine as well, and that puffer is easily 4 times his size. He will soon have a tank of his own. He does get along with the damsel and stars and stripes just fine
. Point being I would not house a Huma Huma with a valentini, my valentini is not aggressive at all...just cruises around, so I can't see him fending for himself very well. Of course all fish are different, just my experience and two cents.

Sounds good, thank you for your advice, how big is your tank though?

Seriously if you want to house long term with a humu humu you need to consider a 125 at the minimum. If you want to house multiple triggers you need to consider less aggresive triggers and a 220 gallon tank.

I have my picasso in a 150. Problem is his territory...right smack in the middle.

lol, dude, consider a larger puffer instead of the dwarfs. And if you want plenty of room for your fish, go with a 150. There is alot to be said with a large tank mitigating aggression.
