i went to my lfs to pick up my 3 fish for my tank
i fell in love wit the vermiculated angelfish
but i also saw another angel fish (didnt buy it cause i didnt bring enough money)
i asked my lfs if i can have 2 angels in the same tank(already knowing that im not sappose to)
he said u can have them in the same tank as long as they r a different color and different size
is this true?

Thats a very vague and general kind of answer, however this is one case where it sort of applies. Although Vermiculated Angels are Pomas, they are a smaller variety and generally get along with both larger more brightly colored angels as well as Centropyge angels like Coral Beauties. You didn't mention the size of your tank which would be a large factor as to what other angel you could have.

So you are saying that I could get a dwarf angel to put in with my large angel and they won't bother each other? I was wondering about this also.

the angels will probley fight in your sized tank, a 150+ would be best to have 2 of the same kind of angel (2 dwarf)

I thought this compleatly wrong but a LFS told me that if you get a 200 gal tank you can put 2-3 larger angels together if you buy them at the same time as Juvies? T or F.

aahh, the other Dwarf Angels.....10 species, averageing 8 inches...Chaetodontoplus sp.
Just for research data...
All Angels are in the family Pomacanthidae
The Vermiculated/Singapore ( C. mesoleucus
) is not in the genus Pomacanthus
( the large angels ).....
General rule is not to mix angels.....only in large systems do the odd rise in favor of it working...
Just depends on if you want to lay down your money and roll the dice....
