The WavePoint fixtures usually come with two actinics (420nm) and two 10K daylight bulbs. They're not a bad little fixture for the money.
T5's don't come as a 50/50. But there are many different color/spectrums for T5 bulbs. Which length were you looking at?

75 gallon. I am not looking to keep any coral atm but I figure if I get the reef capable fixture then i will be able to keep some type of coral in the future if I want too.

Okay thanks, being my tank is 48 inches it would probably be more beneficial to get the 48-60 inch fixture as appose to the 36-48 inch

When I did the research for my grandma's planted fresh tank, they suggested the 36-48 inch for her 65g that is 36inches. So yes 48-60inch, that will give you even light distrobution to the edges! But even at that size they maintain only softies.........

The reef capable lights are OK. I would save my money for better fixtures. One reef capable fixture is equal to a MAXIMUM estimate of 2 T5 bulbs.

Have one, it sucks. I use it for Refugiums and my seahorse tank. The wavepoint unit would be better for you

What are you looking for in lighting ?? Lights are not something to skimp on. They are expensive.
That said look at AquaticLife linkable lights. You can connect up to three units. Each unit has two bulbs. So you could buy one unit now and add another later. they run about 140 each. Flower has these lights on her horse tank
Look at Nova extreme - the 4 buld unit runs about 270
