Is this going to be a problem?

About two weeks back I bought a very nice (and very large) green bubble coral. I had an idea this would happen, but I stopped thinking about it after one week had gone by since it had added to the tank and my gold striped maroon clown hadn't bothered to even give it a second glance. I found it odd, because it took to both anemones (One died and the other I just got rid of very recently) within one day... Fast, I know; I was shocked.
Anyway, today I watched my clown start cuddling up with a couple bubbles toward the bottom of the coral, so I knew he found a new mate.
I have heard of instances where clowns kill coral (frogspawn, torches, hammers, etc) because all they do is tick them off so the corals can never expand and get the light they need.
So far, my bubble doesn't seem to be too affected as of now, but I am worried this might change after a few days.
What do you guys think?

On a side note, I spent about five minutes debating whether I would get a better response posting this is Clownfish & Anemones or Coral...

First off I'd be concerned about damage to the coral by the clown, least wise during the lite hours of the lighting cycle and daytime. However bubble corals have tentacles that stretch out at night and can carry quite a sting. It is entirely possible that the coral could wind up having the clown for a snack sometime late at night.
Not the best combination.
Thats how I see it.

The choice is of course yours. I only offer up an opinion. I'd suggest simply doing some google searching like Bubble Coral vs. Clown fish. or something like that. See what you come up with.
I know that answer is kinda lame but I've never had a bubble coral, but have had dozens of bubble tip anemones, and two happy clown fish that live in them.

Will kill it...as with torches, frogspawns, hammers, LT plates...although it will kill the bubble much faster
