is this good live sand????

ok so im completly starting over with my tank now after my little soap incedent. I bought a new type of sand it has small pink particles in it a almost glows white and pink in the light, i forgot the name of it but does anyone know what im talking about if so is this a good quality sand ????????????

It'd be kinda hard to make a comment on the quality of your new sand without knowing what it is....sounds like the pink sand offered by caribsea and a few other sources.......

yes it is caribsea arag-alive sorry for the lack of info earlier i was at work and couldnt remember the name of it.

Yeah. Agra-Alive is good. I use it in my tank. I believe that it also comes in black type.
