Is this good substrate?

Being new to this, and not finding this forum before beginning, I purchased the following substrate...
Seaflor Special Grade Reef SandTM From CaribSea
Is this ok? Is this the 'sand' that everyone is talking about?

I used about 4 bags of it to seed the dsb in my 180, very pleased with it.

this is what you want
Aragamax Select # 00932 (30 lb).
Its also called oolitic or sugar sized sand. I have never used anything else and am very satisfied with it.
Basically, the finer the sand grain the better . . .
