So I just noticed a tiny sea urchin, about the size of a dime, and its a dark green. I cant find anything out about it...is this guy going to destroy my tank or is there nothing to worry about? sorry i could not get a photo. :notsure:

Never seen a green colored urchin. Keep an eye on him if you put corals in the tank. They will graze over anything. And that can stress out some corals. Personal experience.... My MGSP needs moved where the urchin can't get at it. The short spined one i have loves hair algae, though.
But bungles over the wrong thing sometimes...

thats a relief...now that you mention it, it looks like he has been munching on a tiny patch of coraline on the glass. he looks kindof cool but scared me for a second. thanks for the tip!
