is this hosting??

i bought a BTA for my 2 clowns and im not really sure if its "hosting"
mayb it is
the clownfih goes inside of the anenome, and really digs his head into the mouth of the BTA. he stays in there for about 10 min. then leaves, then the other clown goes inside and does the same thing is this "hosting"
also wat is the benfit of "hosting"
also wat was funny wen i bought the clowns and the BTA i threw them in the tank at the same time, and like 10 min. later the clowns started doin this

Sounds like hosting to me...In the wild, clowns host in anemones for protection from other fish and for their eggs and in return they protect the anemone from pretators as well. Congradulations...

jus one more question
yesturday i saw the clowns "hosting"and the BTA came off the piece of rock and was floating around and landed like 5 min. later and it kept doin that for like an hour and a half
is that normal?

Sometimes its normal for them to move around when new, looking for a happy place in the tank with the right amount of lighting and current...hopefully you have a place that it will like in your tank. BTAs normally like to be high up on the rocks but with their foot hidden in the rocks...Hopefully you dont have unprotected powerheads or plumbing that can suck the anemone into and damage it if it desides to go for a swim again.....tooooo many have been lost that way.

i no i hope that never happens
i have a wet dry and the return hose acts like a power head for my tank
but im very interested in a power head but the one that rotates left and right
do u no wat the name of it is?
wat powerhead is good for a 55 gallon tank???

the 36" t-5's four bulbs and 3 moonlights i forgot how many watts but it make my tank look dam nice i love it
