I had noticed a few of my blue and my purple and a few red/orange started to have spots on them.......The spots got bigger and sort of looked like burn marks or dead areas, all over the head itself.........I wondered if there wa a war going on, but last night I noticed that they all now sort of float somewhat n the slight current, and move independantly of the main mushroom.....and when they move there is no discoloration under where the spots were at.........So I drug out a pretty decent magnifying glass....and the spots appear to be tiny baby mushrooms.........you can see the mouth etc, and ruffles etc, and they are slowly gaining color........So how many teats does a female mushroom have to nurse all those babies
There must be a dozen or more on each shroom..........
