I have a clown that was doing great until i looked at it this morning...its a true percula clown and has been eating and everything for the past week and has been very active...This morning it was kinda floating towards the surface of the water in the corner...It still moves if i tap on the glass and still has movement...i noticed that it has some white stuff on its body and top fin...Any idea as to what it could be and what i should do...here are my parimiters
ammonia-0
nitrite-0
nitrate-0-5
pH-8.3
Salinity-1.023
here is a few pics that i just took of the fish...you can kinda see the white spots on it..

The other clown that is in there is doing very well.
Thanks for the Help

Do u have an q tank? Before it spreads out put every fish in the tank. That might help
