is this light okay for my 55 gal SW?

I only plan on doing fish and a little live rock. I purchased these 2 bulbs being they are alot cheaper than specific aquarium bulbs. Those should be ok with a FOWLR setup, but if your planning on ever getting any kind of reef tank going, youre going to need some kind of stronger lighting.
